The potential of today's youth is immense, while the challenges they face to reach that promising future are real and daunting. To thrive in an unprecedented time of change and uncertainty requires skills that are durable, transferable, and most of all, uniquely human. The good news: every student already has a subset of these skills! The bad news: too many never realize it and their potential is sidelined.
Educators have an incredible opportunity to unlock the potential of our next generation. Making human skills a core - and explicit - part of the everyday classroom experience will lead to engagement, well-being, and thriving communities.
