Courtney Reilly

Courtney Reilly is a Co-Founder at Skillsline with experience in strategy, finance, and operations, and has dedicated her career to expanding opportunity for young people through innovation.
Prior to founding Skillsline, Courtney led market development efforts for Chicago-based nonprofit LEAP Innovations, expanding the reach of its research-backed, personalized learning tools to schools across the country. Simultaneously, she led K-12 programming for the education innovation-focused ASU+GSV Summit, founding the Summit's Leading Educator Scholarship Program, enabling the attendance of thousands of innovative school and district leaders.
Courtney began her career in consulting at Bain & Co., subsequently spent time in Rwanda developing industry ecosystems, and later supported the growth of innovative education companies in the US and around the world. She serves on the national advisory board of the CAPS Network, and as an EdTech Advisor for PeakSpan Capital. Courtney holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Financial Management and a BA in Anthropology.
